Can I upgrade or downgrade my membership later?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your membership at any time. We understand that your needs may change, and we provide flexibility to accommodate that. Publisher plan includes additional abilities.

Do I have to pay extra when someone contacts my franchise?

No. FranPlanet does not charge franchise buyers or sellers to make connections, or to receive direct phone calls. Connections are included with any paid membership plan, and there is no limit to how many connections you can make!



Do I have to pay extra to be listed in multiple States?

No. FranPlanet members can list in any and all U.S. States, and is included in every membership plan. The choice to omit states is at your discretion depending on states your franchise is registered (where applicable).

Are there any additional fees or hidden costs?

No. Our pricing is transparent, and there are no hidden costs. Membership fees cover access to the directory and specified benefits of each tier. Additional paid services like resales, are listed and labeled separately.



How can I make a payment for my membership?

We accept secure credit/debit card transactions through our payment partner Stripe.

What happens if I cancel my membership?

Cancel any time. If you choose to cancel your membership, access to the directory and associated benefits will cease at the end of your billing cycle.



Can I get assistance or support with setting up my profile on the directory?
